Health and wellness have always been at the heart of Amanda’s life 💫 She discovered SLT while living in London and instantly fell in love. When she moved back to New York, she became a regular at the Scarsdale studio - and after over 10 years of taking classes, she finally decided to teach!
Amanda is also a certified health coach and yoga instructor, bringing a mind-body connection and lots of positive energy to every class. A former ad exec turned wellness pro, she’s run the London Marathon, loves tennis, and is a proud wife + mom of three (plus her pup, Casey 🐶).

Our September SLTeam highlight is Lanae Rhodes! Lanae is a California native, professional dancer, and carb enthusiast. Being active has always been a priority in her life - she began dancing at age three, and has since then traveled the world performing! ✨
