All jokes aside though, we conclude with a few great takeaways:
1. A lot less of the greasy "fluff...
2. More of the nutrient packed, fiber rich, lower calorie "Superfoods"!
3. SOME FACTS TO CONSIDER:
* About 90% of the population in the U.S. is malnourished. Pretty duanting given our unprecedented rates of OBESITY π€―
* Most Americans don't get anywhere near the RDI for omega 3 fatty acids (protective), yet we consume highly excessive levels of the damaging fats ( trans fats and saturated).
So there you have it, the "UGLY" truth.
* Ask yourself how many of the foods in the SECOND row do you have on a weekly basis? VS. how many you have on the BOTTOM 2 rows?
* Also, ask yourself how many of these do I feed my family and children??

So finally, here's the educational part.
Below is a pretty awesome chart I came across on google that has some very practical info.
MY TWO CENTS:
1. Contrary to popular belief, fats / oil are actually a good thing...
2. But,
* It has to be in the right amount (don't need me to point out that was a bit excessive - meaning the grease bag)
* Has to be in right balance, so the damages from ones that screw up your health are nuetralized / negated by the ones that help optimize health and protect your vital organs and tissues
Healthy individuals (no clinical issues, proper weight for there height, no nutritional deficiencies) - Need about 1/3 (one third) from each of the the top three categories: Mono, Poly, and Saturated.
The last category should probably be generally limited / avoided as much as possible.

So my question was, how many of the assigned work outs have you gotten in thus far?
Now this was a group chat, everyone aware that the wedding date is just around the corner. Not only that but there's a dress fitting in a couple of weeks.
So Mom, jumps in and says teach em what they should be eating instead.
So thats when I threw up those photos of me on the grill and said " not only did I teach but I actually prepared it for them right on their very own grill at there home" - YEAH π
So anyways, now I'm in full coaching mode and foaming at the mouth and stuff...
