The true privilege of working with my clients is being able to experience them in their authenticity and glory.
As much listening as they do, I'm listening to them just as intently.
As much positivity as I can give, I'm receiving all of theirs.
This continuum is what allows me to be a SERVANT to those in need.
I believe that life coaching is the vehicle to change lives.

💬 Your life should always be on your terms.
In order to feel well, you have to be in control.
Control has nothing to do with being a so-called control freak. It just means that you have autonomy to make the decisions that feel beneficial to and for you.
Life coaching is also on your terms. You have autonomy to elect life coaching, and then to choose your coach.
To me, it makes sense to be in a comfortable space while being coached.
For many, home is that option.

I discovered this wheel years ago, but recently have decided to incorporate more of it to name what I'm feeling.
As I've learned, and am still learning, everything has a word.
Putting a name to how I'm feeling and what I'm experiencing either allows me to recreate the positives, change the negatives, or plan in the neutrals.
How often do you find yourself being able to express yourself?
Whether that's to yourself or to someone else, how do you do it?

For those of you who love fall, this month is the pinnacle of what autumn looks and feels like.
For others, the changing weather is doing a number on your mood, circadian rhythm, and productivity.

Any Star Wars fans? 😉
🧘🏾♀️ "Do or do not. There is no try." (YODA!)
This might sound harsh, but there is nothing but truth present.
Those who will do, simply do.
Those who won't, won't.
To try is to implicate failure.
There is a safety net (though sometimes unseen) that is present with the DOERS. I like to call it MOMENTUM!
Once you do something, you create a momentum to do more, and to attract more. Your wins and successes fuel you to move forward, and each move you make over time becomes bigger and bigger.
The true SNOWBALL effect.
But when you do nothing, there is no momentum. Only static.
🧘🏾♀️ In order to change your life, you have to make the changes.
Nobody said you had to do it alone!
We all benefit from motivation and coaching, whether intrinsic or extrinsic.

Isn't it amazing to see Mother Nature's beautiful reminder for us to change?
Fall reminds us of the beauty in transition -- similar to the course of your own life path.
Mother Nature doesn't stress about it, she just DOES it.
We all could use this reminder on a regular basis. We are beauty in our birthright.

Life coaching is life changing.
Though there are way more than 3 benefits of life coaching, if I could sum up the immediate 3 benefits that my clients have received, I'd pick these:
✨ Improved clarity, focus, and self-reflection
✨ Efficient strategic planning
✨ Balance
After seeing the results of my clients and hearing their stories midway through and post-life coaching, these 3 are the biggest and most common results.
It just feels freeing to be able to bet on yourself.

According to the CDC, 6 out of 10 American adults are living with chronic disease and 4 out of 10 have 2 or more chronic diseases. The key lifestyle risks include poor nutrition, to***co use, lack of physical activity, and excessive alcohol use.
A major root cause is stress.
♟️Chronic stress fools you into thinking it's not a good time to prioritize yourself.
♟️ That you'll address your diet tomorrow when you have time to meal prep.
♟️ That you're too tired to workout so you'll get to it another day.
♟️That you'll finish that dream job application once you get a new and improved laptop.
♟️ That once your circumstance improves, it'll be easier to stop drinking so much.
♟️ That once the youngest starts school, you'll get some of your freedom back.
♟️ That your spouse is just having a hard go at life right now, it'll improve soon.
But what happens when the circumstances shift (as they always do) and you're still left hanging between the balance?
Life coaching is for you if any of the above apply to you. Whether you realize it or not, you have much more control than you think you do. Stress is a part of life, but it doesn't have to define your life.
Too often we exist in silos, thinking we can get through it alone, or to keep things private, out of necessity for the ego.
