Was filling in on my jujitsu class
I: "Did you get to sleep?"
J: "Uh, no.. daddy is trying to make his friends have a nap... that's kind of the point. If someone is napping they can't fight any more."
I: (clearly dissatisfied) "You should have a nap at jujitsu. It will give you lots of energy for the next day..."

Danzan Ryu, the "Hawaiian style" Jujitsu founded by Henry Okazaki in the first half of the 20th century, is a mixture of traditional Japanese Jujitsu, competition Judo, and modern practical self-defense techniques. Classes consist of a warm-up, rolls and falls, joint locks, throws, stand up and ground fighting, and combination arts.
