Still not feeling lat pull downs in your lats?
You’re not alone. It’s one of the most misused movements in the gym.
Here are 3 quick tips to fix that:
1. Don’t pull behind your head— that’s for chiropractors. Stick to chest level.
2. Lock in your core and lean slightly back— this opens up the lat fibers.
3. Drive your elbows down, not just back— your hands are the hooks.
Most people yanked the bar and wonder why they’re not growing. Control the movement— your lats will thank you.
This is the kind of stuff I break down for every client I train. Whether we are training live, or through my app, form, structure, and results are always part of the plan.
