4 sets of:
Hex Deadlifts - 6 reps
Dumbbell French Press - 20 reps
Dumbbell Chest-Supported Reverse Fly - 12 reps
Weight should be 80-85% of 1RM with the exception of the French Press. 65-70% there. Good luck!
