Communicate with yourself. How are you? What does your soul have to say today?

One way that I talk to myself is with daily meditation, quiet time, and sometimes journaling.
#
Yesterday morning as I was about to hit “snooze”- my 1st client of the day cancelled. So I suddenly had a little more time. I set a timer for 15minutes and put pen to page. I wrote out my dreams from the night before and was able to see how my subconscious was communicating with me.
#
My dreams were about remodeling and restructuring foundational belief systems to better suit the person I want to be going forward. I would have missed out on that message if I didn’t sit and listen.

For me the #1 habit that furthers insights, endurance,patience, and ENERGY, is “sadhana”. *Daily meditation practice. Does your current daily practice energize or drain you?

Over the last few days clients and friends have approached me with exciting news that they are taking charge of what they put into their bodies. I hear; “ Hey! I’m on my 3rd day of no sugar/dairy/gluten/caffeine/alcohol/ realitytv/ whatever...” All of these were self initiated and self inspired which is amazing!
There must be some spring energy of motivation In the air.

You know what I hear less of though? “Hey! I’m on Day 27 of no sugar or alcohol, I’m drinking lots of water, doing my evening stretch routine, my new meditation practice, etc. “
#
And that because we are great at starting things on our own. Deciding for ourselves is the primary key to success. Sticking with that decision though- seeing it through the whole way- is far easier and more successful with a coach and a team. It is just how we are built as humans.

It was only 11am and 3 people had already texted me about feeling extreme anxiety and overwhelm yesterday. I filmed this quick viddy for them before the storm.

*I have a feeling that when the skies broke yesterday - so did their tension - because that is how nature works sometimes. However, try this the next time tension comes around before reaching for the ice cream and Xanax. 🤪

•spend some time grounded to the earth. Slap the ground with an open palm, let her absorb the energy and make it sound like thunderclaps. •Rest
•Meditation to clear emotional tension- Touch fingertips together and tent them at heart center. Inhale for 5 counts. Hold breath for 5 counts. Exhale for 5 counts. Repeat this cycle for 3-11minutes or until you feel the stress relief.
