It’s been 17 days since I last visited a gym. Looking at these muscle mommy photos makes me a bit nostalgic. Two days ago, I weighed myself and lost 3.5kg. It’s demotivating when you work hard consistently and then you get sick. Can you relate? You’re at your best, everything’s going well, and then illness strikes. My body was truly exhausted – school, internship, managing social media, daily workouts – it all caught up with me, forcing my body to slam the brakes on. Two weeks in bed with a fever, still on antibiotics until Wednesday. I regret not taking a break sooner. Please, cherish your health and appreciate your amazing body. Sending love and lots of good vibes into this winter season 🫶🏼✨
