Then came light.

And with light came sight,
and somehow sight decided
what was wrong
and what was right.

What was dark became night,
what was light became divine,
and somewhere in between
perception started passing itself off
as truth in the mind.

But light can blind.

Just as darkness can reveal
what daylight tries to hide.

So maybe enlightenment
isn’t choosing a side—

maybe it’s understanding
you need darkness
to recognize the light.

My intent isn’t to impose on your spirit, so don’t trip,
but most need to get a grip…

It was dark matter
before your idea of your Blackness existed.

Before the purpose of pain,
of baring hips,
before concepts of chains and ships,
before Blackness was something
the world tried to define and restrict.

There was bliss.

Before the script,
before the whip,
before history took truth
and gave it a twist.

Before any of this—

we exist.

Community outreach is more than showing up — it’s building trust, understanding needs and creating access.

My work has always been rooted in connecting young people, families, organizations, brands and resources in ways that can create real opportunities.

Whether it’s youth programming, community activations, partnerships, mentorship or introducing a brand to a community authentically, the goal remains the same:

Listen. Connect. Create. Impact.

I want to continue being a resource for organizations looking to support communities, develop young people and build meaningful relationships that last beyond an event.

People × Opportunity × Culture × Impact

Create Never Compete.

Built by people. For what’s next.

For over 20 years, I’ve been fortunate to work across basketball, youth development, community outreach and creative culture. Through all of it, one thing has remained consistent — people come first.

MKNMVZ and Creative Athletes+ represent the intersection of those experiences.

Creating spaces where young people can develop.
Connecting communities with resources and opportunities.
Helping brands engage with people and culture authentically.
Using sport and creativity as tools to build something meaningful.

I’m continuing to learn, connect, create and find new ways to make an impact.

People × Purpose × Progress.

CREATE NEVER COMPETE.

The right connection can create the right opportunity.

Over the years, I’ve built relationships across sports, fashion, youth development, community and culture. MKNMVZ is about using those relationships with purpose.

Connecting brands with authentic talent.
Connecting people with opportunities.
Connecting ideas with the communities that can bring them to life.

It’s not just about who you know. It’s about understanding who should be in the room, why they should be there, and how everyone can benefit from the connection.

That’s THE CONNECTOR.

People × Opportunity × Culture × Impact

CREATE NEVER COMPETE.

When I visited The Fountain of Youth facility, I learned that hydration isn’t just about drinking more water—it’s also about understanding the quality, filtration, mineral balance, and different types of water we put into our bodies.

That experience made me more intentional about what I drink every day, especially with the amount of training, coaching, and movement I do.

Know your water. Fuel your body. Stay hydrated. Stay youthful.

Fountain of Youth Water has become part of my everyday routine—keeping me hydrated through workouts, coaching, creating, and everything in between. Clean water. Clear mind. Better movement. Stay hydrated. Stay youthful.
