We are a place for experienced martial artists to work together in a comfortable, safe environment - karate, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, etc are all welcome. We pride ourselves on being able to ramp up the intensity without putting anyone at risk or sacrificing safety.
