When you look at the legendary comedic filmography of Sacha Baron Cohen and Adam Sandler, it’s hard not to wonder what a true, high-budget multi-verse comedy crossover would actually look like. These two are the undisputed kings of the absurd character study, and seeing Borat Sagdiyev paired against Zohan Dvir really highlights just how different their approaches to satire are. One leans into the chaotic, confrontational real-world prank style, while the other mastered the surreal, slapstick underdog trope that defined a generation of 2000s humor.
