fine motor skills when shooting, passing, rebounding and dribbling. Team FOOTPRINTZ Elite Basketball programs are a 60-90 minute intense program that combines sport specific skill development with basketball related strength & conditioning techniques. Through Team FOOTPRINTZ’ Elite Basketball program’s customized individual and small group training sessions players will be able to see results quickly. This intense program provides student / athletes, collegiate athletes and professional players, alike, who are eager to reach the “next level”, an opportunity to receive personal instruction while increasing their basketball skills and knowledge. Basic areas of concentration are ball handling, passing, defense, shooting, footwork, & “tool box” training.
