Arch Manning entered the season as the presumptive favorite to go No. 1 in the 2027 NFL Draft, but an anonymous NFL GM told Tony Pauline last week that Manning's inconsistent play reminds him of Jake Locker, the former eighth overall pick who lasted just four NFL seasons... 😬

Days later, Manning threw two interceptions in No. 1 Texas' 27-24 Red River loss to Oklahoma, including a wild overthrow that was returned for the go-ahead touchdown and another in the final 30 seconds that set up the Sooners' walk-off field goal.

The 49ers linebacker was flagged for a late hit on Sam Darnold in the second quarter Sunday. As Seattle players surrounded him, he exchanged words with Ernest Jones IV, then leaned in with his helmet still on and made contact with Jones' face. It got him ejected for the third time in his career, and he'll miss next Monday night's game against the Commanders unless he wins an appeal.

It came a day after the NFL fined him $11,941 for unsportsmanlike conduct against the Broncos.

The Giants were in range to win it before Daron Payne stripped Cam Skattebo with 1:55 left, and Jayden Daniels drove Washington to the Giants 24. With no timeouts, they let the clock run down to 12 seconds before the next snap, Daniels took off and went down for no gain, and time ran out as they lined up to spike it in a 27-27 tie.

Washington led by 14 in the fourth quarter.

Ameer Abdullah ripped off a 53-yard kickoff return to the Eagles' 39, and Cam Little drilled a 57-yarder as time expired for a 19-17 Jaguars win.

The two started going at it on the opening kickoff and didn't stop after Josh Cameron's 90-yard touchdown return, which didn't even count because of a Jaguars holding call and an Eagles illegal formation.

Trotter was expected to start at linebacker for Philly after a career-high 15 tackles last week. Thomas is an undrafted rookie backup who was playing in just his fourth career game.

Unranked Oklahoma trailed 17-7 at halftime and came back to beat No. 1 Texas 27-24 in the Red River Rivalry, winning it on Tate Sandell's 47-yard field goal on the final play 😳

Arch Manning's two fourth-quarter interceptions swung it as Peyton Bowen returned the first one 42 yards for the Sooners' first lead, and after Texas tied it and missed a go-ahead kick, Courtland Guillory picked Manning off again with 19 seconds left to set up the winner.
