15 Kettlebell Swings
20 Lunges with a plate
200 meter run

Vacation over! Back to work tonight. It was a freeing last few weeks. Definitely had a lot to think about. Absolutely enjoyed time with my family. But we're back to the streets tonight.

I was on my couch minding my own business. The squad sent their mile times in the group chat. I'm on VACATION but I can't be caught lacking. So here it is. Ridiculous. Brother can't even relax. It's cool....it's cool....
