Finally, Pillars of Power is coming to New York! 🗽✨

On September 11, Pillars of Power makes its New York premiere, and seeing my name as part of this film still feels a little surreal.

When I joined this project as the Relationships Pillar, I knew the message was deeply connected to the work I have spent years doing.

Because greatness is not only about what you achieve. It's also about the relationships you build, starting with yourself, the patterns you break, and who you become along the way.

I cannot wait to celebrate the Pillars of Power premiere in my city 🍾

Success means little if it costs your relationship.

You know those days when you've been too busy to spend time with your partner, and they feel distant?
You ask them what’s wrong, and even if they answer “nothing,” you know they’ve been upset for the last three days.
You know why, but you still get mad because you hear "what I do is never enough," and you work so hard for the two of you to have a better life.

⛓️‍💥 That's the disconnect. While you’re working FOR the relationship, your partner is asking you to work ON the relationship, and that pattern can slowly damage your relationship.

So here's the shift: 👇
Next time your partner says they need more from you, don’t immediately defend everything you’re already doing. Instead, ask them what you can do differently.

Remember, healing your relationship starts with understanding what your partner needs from you emotionally.

Save this post as a reminder, and follow for more practical tools to create a healthier relationship.

Time to activate your relationship mode.

Monday comes, and you already start planning the week around work, errands, workouts, and everything that needs to get done.

The question is: Did your relationship make the schedule too?

Like a date night or even watching your favorite show together. We started watching The Walking Dead again. Maybe not romantic, but it became our thing 😅

Remember, when life gets busy, your partner can quickly end up at the bottom of your list.

⏭️ This week, try:
- Plan one thing you’ll both look forward to.
- Ask your partner a question that isn’t about logistics.
- Do one small thing that makes them feel thought of.

A healthier relationship doesn't need big romantic gestures. Sometimes it's just making sure you still make time for each other.

❓️ What are you doing for your relationship this week?

You want to say NO, but...

- You agree to meet a friend who needs a chat when you were hoping for a quiet evening.
- You take on another project to help someone when you have a lot on your plate.
- You answer messages and emails immediately (even very late at night) because you’re worried they'll think you’re ignoring them.

That’s often how people-pleasing and weak personal boundaries become a pattern.

If saying yes helped you avoid guilt, conflict, rejection, or disappointment, your brain learned:
Keeping others happy 🟰 I’m being a good person, and I matter.

So you repeat it because saying yes has become the easier way to protect how you feel about yourself and how others see you.

⏭️ The shift: Practice tolerating the discomfort when setting boundaries.
Start with one small boundary. Next time you want to say NO, do it... without a five-minute explanation or apology.

That’s how you start breaking the pattern and reinforce a new belief that saying no, setting healthy boundaries, and disappointing someone sometimes doesn’t make you a bad person.

❓ What’s your biggest boundary struggle?
