‼️Milestone alert part 1‼️ Eva (T5-6 ) owning both legs n hips locking out. The key 🔑 to locking the knees is NOT focusing on locking the knees ( yes read that again) but focusing on pushing driving down with the feet 👣 and extending locking out the hips 🍑. The knees collapsed n buckled becuz then end to end (feet n hips) point loses tension. When there’s no tension it collapse. Watch how Eva able to feel the pressure in her feet, ankles n hips the knee stay automatically!

Back to my element 💫 First workout of the year believe it or not. Been fighting a flu n jet lagged since Thailand.
Here r some movement base to bounce back on track: keeping the weight light to moderate. Focus on fluidity of movements through breathing. Mindful of ur “facial expressions”. Keep the heart rate moderate make sure u feel the huff n puff but not dying.
-Bulgarian squat to lateral lunge clean
-push up any kind doesn’t have to be this
-tactical clean dynamic lateral squat or any dynamic squat
-around the world to rev lunge w/ thorax rotation
-pull up. Or any pull up assisted or negative just do it
-Sgl deadlift clean to front load lateral lunge
Also add some barbell deadz, hip thrust , 1arm chest press n abs roll out if u up for it (or not. Do it anyway)
🚨Milestone alert 🚨 (T4 ) ended our last session of the year stronger than ever!!! I mean just look at this stand - the hips, the feet, the entire posture 👌👌👌👏👏👏‼️‼️‼️swipe➡️ to see him killing the sit to stand too. Becuz of his hips structure I decided to have him try a sumo stance with his feet pointed out without any gait belt or ankle weights to influence the external rotation at the pelvis n boom he’s able to lock out the entire hip complex. However we did activate the POS prior to this n I’m sure that really helped him finding the glutes! So excited for this! Way to go Noe!!!!

🚨New Toy Alert🚨from Our client Mama Jane (Multiple Sclerosis) getting recharged and cell regeneration. Our body is full of electricity, that can actually help us to fight cancer and deceases. It’s a huge false thinking that electricity and the human body don’t mix.
Bioelectricity is how our cells communicate with each throughout our body, including the brain, the movements of mostly positively charged ions of elements like potassium, sodium, and calcium. This is how all signals travel within and btw the brain n every organ n agent of perception, motion, and cognition. It’s fundamental to our ability to think, talk n walk. It also plays a big part in how our cells tell teach other the systems in which they reside are healthy or not.
This BioCharger utilizes four diff energy types - Light, Voltage, Frequencies n Harmonics/ Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields. Voltage is vital to our everyday cellular process and is a regular aspect of our nutrition. Electrolytes like magnesium and potassium create electrical charges within the cell to open the cell membrane allowing for open pathways for detox and cell rejuvenation.
So get yourself recharged and live in a high voltage life!!!

first of all, I’m so proud of my client here, in just a month she lost 2lbs of fat after being plateau for 6months, feeling great and starting to build back a good relationship with food. Here’s the story - she reached out to me towards end of May, she has lost 20lbs last year and gained 5lbs during the holiday then plateau for 6months. So I monitored her nutrition n the type of workouts she was doing. She was 💯 dedicated sending me food journal, keeping track her heart rate zones during all her strength training and cardio. After getting to know what was going on, I saw she was eating too little, there’s little to no progression on her strength training program, her heart rate ventilatory threshold zone was always so high during cardio even just running (another example of not all high intensity workout can help u lose weight or burn fat) so I took all those data’s into consideration. Here’s what we been doing - she’s eating more esp protein (still working on it) changed up her usual strength training program (doing all fitmamas workout now) and added steady state cardio. In just a month she’s able to lose 2lbs fats feeling great and able to enjoy life more after being plateaus for 6 months while eating very little and overworked. I know 2lbs doesn’t sound too much. But in order to have a sustainable healthy weight loss, also maintaining the weight by having a good relationship with food is going to take time n it’s not easy. Even us professional trainers n coaches still struggle all of that above everyday! As long as u r consistent with what u do, the results will come! ❤️
