ONE TO WATCH 👀🔥
Huge congratulations to .fitness
This guy is one to watch. Driven, motivated and hungry for success – and his biggest reason is right there in his arms. His little girl is his why, and you can see it in the way he shows up, studies, trains and leads by example.
Jamie is a HYROX hero, breaking the 1 hour mark in Birmingham with an unreal time of 00:59:25.
If you’re not already following him, make sure you do 👉 .fitness
Proud to have him coming through the Liverpool PT Academy and excited to see where he takes this next.
If you’d love to follow in his footsteps and become a qualified PT yourself, drop us a message and let’s chat about the next Liverpool PT Academy intake.

WHAT MAKES A GOOD PT??
Is it showing how strong or fit we are ourselves?? NO, this will impress potential clients yes and it will inspire them but does it make you a good PT?
Is it having a rippling 6 pack and showing it off over social media?? NO, again this may inspire people but does it mean you can get them to follow a plan?
Is it Knowing every scientific thing about the body, movement and nutrition? Again NO, because if you cannot explain in Lymans terms Clients won’t understand.
For me to be a great PT you need to be relatable, relevant an have the ability to build up an amazing rapport with your clients. Without this rapport an respect you clients won’t adhere to anything your telling them. Having that ability to get to know your client and understand how to get them to follow the advice your giving them is 100% key and without this all of the above really don’t matter.
Results like these in the photo don’t happen over night and come from consistency of both training and nutrition. Keeping your clients accountable for every action is key. Ensure they know the importance of this and the results will start to come.
In conclusion yes show that you can do what your asking your client to do, yes show how good you look and always educate yourself as knowledge is power BUT when you post make sure it’s about your clients and not all about you as I feel this is where so many PTs get it wrong.
Work hard work smart and be a bad as boss of your own future 🙌🙌
