What’s involved:
✔️ 2 workouts per week
✔️ 30 minutes each
✔️ 8 weeks total (Spring ’26 semester)
✔️ Supervised by NYC fitness & research experts
Who qualifies:
• White Men ages 18–35 (having origins from Europe, North Africa or the Middle East)
• No resistance training history
• No injuries or musculoskeletal issues

🎓 Big News: Chris’ Thesis Got Approved!
We’re proud to share that Chris' thesis has officially been approved by his committee! 🎉💪
He’ll be working alongside some of the best in the field—Dr. Pak, Dr. Schoenfeld, and Dr. Milo Wolf—to study how race may influence resistance-training-induced muscular adaptations.
Chris believes there will be significant differences based on current research, but now it’s time to put it to the test. 📊🧬
