Keep on discovering! During Savasana, it's very normal (and beautiful) to

β–ͺ️ Feel a little restless, irritated, sometimes angry, judgmental, or even stressed out – let it happen!
β–ͺ️ Twitch or feel tingling and pulsating sensations throughout the body – let it happen!
β–ͺ️ Enter a dream state, maybe even snore – let it happen!
β–ͺ️ Experience temperature fluctuations – let it happen!
β–ͺ️ See bright colors, textures and shapes as you let go – let it happen!
β–ͺ️ As you go deeper, feel a slight separation from the body, as if you are floating – let it happen!

Athletes, did you keep track of how many Warriors you went through in the last few weeks? We didn't. πŸ˜† What we do know, though, is that each and every Warrior deserves full attention – even if it's just a short transition in between asanas.

So keep your back leg straight, pull your heel down and make your chest as proud as possible. You deserve it. After all, you've smashed another week of hard work.
