Just made zucchini, lemon and blueberry cake and it is exactly what summer should taste like! I halved the sugar (as always) and my 8 year still gave it double 👍🏻. Soooo yummy.

I just listened to this episode and thought of so many of my clients. So much of our cravings are about emotional hunger, especially when we're reaching for sweet things (or many crunchy/salty). I love this approach and recommend giving it a listen. Though this is focused on weight loss, swap in "behavior change" in your mind :-)
