The gym is truly my temple. Lifting is how I feel grounded and it is during my workout I find my peace. All while going beast mode. And my physique is a pretty accurate physical manifestation of my mind. Nowhere near of being my best self yet. Not there 100% mentally yet. But slowly working to turn every single one of my thoughts into reality.
Is the gym your temple? Is lifting your meditation? Is your physique a physical manifestation of your mind?

Bad habits usually provide instant âresults.â For example: eating that box of cookies or big jug of Ben & Jerry will give you that instant hit of satisfaction and for the moment feel good. staying away from the bad habits usually dont provide us with the same âinstant results.â Eating healthy and training hard â on a regular basis â dont give us that same instant hit of results, thus its ( for most people ) harder to stay with their good habits since you really need to be patient for a longer period of time in order to reap the (most superior) rewards.
Perseverance is KEY whenit comes to habits. If you prime your mind from the beginning that it will take time, and that you need to persevere and be consistent youâll have a higher chance to succeed.
Realize that your bad habits are usually only a âquick hit of satisfactionâ and thus not worth it. Instead: Establish superior habits, stay on your path and youâll see amazing results!

Quit thinking. Take action.
No, I donât want you to stop thinking đ No zombies here.. Haha. But sometimes itâs better to START doing s**t rather than overthinking something.
This happened to myself a few times, especially when Iâm about to go into a new (big) project.. I want things to be âperfectâ and I want to be as prepared as possible. But the truth is that 99% of the time, everything falls into place once you start taking action.
This week, try not to overthink or overcomplicate things.. Just take action and get busy.
Regardless if itâs a project outside of the gym or if itâs about you going beast mode in the gym
