In the name of ladies first, WELCOME NEW INSTRUCTOR DOROTA! 🤩

Dorota is Queens native and former competitive swimmer who grew up in Forest Hills and developed a lifelong passion for fitness and athletics early on.

After transitioning out of a career in finance, she cemented her pursuit of helping others reach their goals via functional fitness training as a group fitness instructor across Manhattan and in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Now, her mission is to empower others to surprise themselves in every ride. (And you will!) 💪

When you love what you, do it shows… right?! What WE love about Dorota the most is that she absolutely LOVES what she does. 💪

Her high intensity class is for all levels… and the energy you’ll feel is simply - off the charts contagious! ✨

Dorota’s first ride at SPIN-FH will be on our on Saturday, 2.11 at 9:45 AM. SAVE THE DATE. 🗓

Her full schedule, as well up sign-up instructions for all rides, will follow in the
coming days.

Not only is she a dear friend and bad ass mom of 3, but she’s also one of the best instructors around. We’re so happy to have her on the team still. It’s honestly everything that feels right and more! 💗
