Great exercise to develop power and explosiveness on your forehand and backhand using your whole body more efficiently π₯
Rotational moves πͺ are a very important element of the training program of a competitive tennis player.
When you use your core and legs, you put less stress on your arms. It allows players to save energy, feel stronger and perform better on court. πͺπΌ
is my new favorite piece of equipment. However if you donβt have one, I suggest that you use a regular cable machine with a low weight, a light dumbbell or resistance bands (they are great to keep tension on the push and pull and they are low impact on the body which minimizes injury)ππΌ
Give it a try, save and share.

Not for nothing, Andre Agassi was one of the best players in the history of tennis.πΎ
β’
Agassi was an specialist at hitting the ball on the rise and inside the court, shortening the time of their opponents to respond and creating a fast and agressive game.πͺ
