Kelley brings a steady, focused presence to our Wednesdays. With a background rooted in alignment, strength, and yogic philosophy, her classes offer a grounding flow that invites you to meet yourself right where you are.
After earning her 200hr RYT from Dan Ward Yoga School in LA, Kelley taught at Power Yoga Santa Monica and joined Udaya Yoga’s streaming platform. Now in New York, we’re lucky to have her presence in our space—bringing ten years of practice and deep wisdom to every session.

Zoe teaches yoga and Pilates at Dou Yoga with a unique perspective shaped by her martial arts practice. Her classes explore the shared roots of movement—bringing attention to breath, body, and the power of moving with intention.

During this hour, we’ll integrate movement, breathwork, and meditation to get you feeling back to yourself. Join David Godbey for Dou’s monthly Reiki Community Circle this coming Friday evening! 🤲
March 7th TOMORROW 🪅
8:00pm - 9:15pm
These community circles are informal gatherings to learn about Reiki. You will learn to give Reiki to yourself and have the opportunity to receive Reiki. We will touch on basics of Reiki history to give context for its beginnings. There will also be time to ask questions and reflect on our shared experience.
A bit about David:
David lives in Brooklyn and originally hails from Kentucky, but has called NYC home for more than 20 years. Drawn to meditation and Buddhism while growing up, David found his true home while training in Prana Yoga under Dr. Jeff Migdow and Priti Robyn Ross.
