Sometimes the simple stuff works best.
Eggs + rice meal prep this week.
About 380 calories and 24g of protein per bowl.
Roughly $1.20 per meal to make at home.
The same thing ordered out? Probably $10–15.
Nothing fancy. Just one small habit that saves money and keeps the week simple.
Small habits. Big savings.

Nothing crazy. Just simple meals planned ahead.
Been doing this forever. It just makes busy days easier.

Working one-on-one with kids over the years through physical activity, school sports, skill practice, and even just playing outside has brought everything full circle for me. I’ve watched kids grow not just in skill, but in confidence and comfort. Showing up becomes easier and the eagerness to learn grows. I’ve seen how that growth happens best when kids feel supported then multiplies when families are part of the process.
A big reason I found my passion in this field goes back to my own childhood. Much of who I am today was shaped by what my mother exposed me to early on, which was movement, activity, and the freedom to try without pressure.
That perspective stays with me every day I work with kids. That’s the long game.

Confidence doesn’t come from easy days.
It comes from showing up when things feel hard, when stress is real, progress is slow, and quitting would be easier.
Effort still counts. Cheers to 2026 and a stronger you.

You choose to show up.
You choose to try.
You choose to improve.
Kids Remember…
Effort is your superpower.
No one can give that to you.
You earn it.
PE isn’t “just gym.”
It’s where you learn what you’re capable of. 💥
