Eli Manning day at Met Life stadium and the weather couldn’t be better. Expecting a big win today so let’s go GMEN!!!

Of course sitting here at the tailgate enjoying the day with great friends and of course great food. Today we will be trying a new twist to our traditional menu - 2 options for some fried chicken cutlets!!!! 1st up - mini waffles and chicken with a maple honey butter to flavor. About to get this on the grill….can’t wait. 2nd up is a Sweet and Spicy Chicken sandwich with a garlic aioli and a homemade spicy coleslaw!!

If this works out we will add it to the permanent menu!! Pictures to follow ….

Great day at the tailgate and great halftime ceremony! Congrats Eli!!!

Time for the team to step up in the second half!

Today looks to be an amazing day for our return to the stadium after 2 years - Sunny and mid 80 degrees! We will have tents to make sure the TV is covered for the 1pm games. Can’t wait for live Sunday football - nothing better!!!

Food: Billy D and I will be making Spicy Clams Margarita plus a Mex Style Shrimp Ceviche with Avocada - All of it prepped and made a the tailgate!!! We will also have some Hot Dogs and Brautwurst with some sauerkrat to get the grilling started early!

What else you ask!! Of course we have to have some chicken wings and sliders to feed the crew. Are we done absolutely not - can’t forget about the grilled flank steak served on sliced bread!

The grills will be ready for any other meats to cook and heat up for the rest of LotBMen crew!

Plenty of Water and Miller Lites as well. See you later today!! And we will post photos to capture the day!

Home Game #7 vs the Dolphins:

Hello all! ((looks It is time for another classic tailgate GMen vs the Dolphins. The weather looks ideal so we don't need tent city but we will have the full setup for all of the tailgating activities.

Nice weather for a full array of food activity. We plan to start the day for the early birds with "the Don Bomb" breakfast sandwich so get to the game early before supplies run out. The rest of the menu will be a hearty meal so don't eat on Saturday and come to the game hungry! Here we go......yes Sunday will be the day Chef Bill shines!

Bone Sauce over Gnocchi - Every Italian family has their own version of this recipe BUT Bill mixes in several secret ingredients and this year is will be served over fresh homemade gnocchi!

Next up - Jambalaya served by the man we call B***Y! A special homemade version of this Louisiana dish.

AND we will also have flattop grill so why not some Philly Cheese steaks - Chicken and RibEye version.

Did I say hearty!!! Get ready to root for a GMEN victory with Eli back at QB for the rest of the season. I will have the grills setup, bring your own beer, bring friends (looks like a big crew), and anything else to help make the tailgate better than the last one!!! See you Sunday at 8am.

Home game #3:

Back to the drawing board for the GMEN - Minnesota were definitely better prepared in all facets of their game plan. Regardless of the outcome the future continues to look better for NY Giants football fans and looking forward to seeing Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley on the field in the near future!

We did our very best to get ready to cheer on the team with yet again an amazing pre-game tailgate party!! The rain waited until after the game to show up so the hats gloves or raincoats were necessary! We kicked off the day with the "Don Bomb" breakfast sandwich - 35+ sandwiches! A few small tweaks to the recipe and a few small options made it perfect for everyone. You can't beat the egg steak bacon pork roll and cheese combination served on Rockland Bakery rolls!

Of course that was just the beginning of the day because we brought along the Pizza oven for Chef Billy DMan to create an amazing variety of pizza's:

- Buffalo Chicken with Gouda Cheese
- Garlic Herb pizza dough with Italian Sausage with Pancetta Mushrooms Onions and Mozzarella
- Penne alla Vodka with Mozzarella Cheese
- Version II of Buffalo Chicken with the addition of Bacon
- Cheeseburger Pie that was quoted "was like eating a BigMac on pizza" - utterly amazing

Pizza were a big success thanks to Chef Billy DMan and his helper Tailgate Master Chris.

Our Cocktail lady was once again with us with sweet and spicy margaritas served with Don Julio Tequilla - Apple Cider Margaritas and Spicy Ginger Margaritas. Needless to say there were no leftovers cocktails. We had plenty more food to feed the crowd of 50+ people - Scallops and Shrimp, Steak tidbits, and Penne alla Vodka. All of the food was great and thanks to all of the people for helping to setup, cook, have fun, and cleanup/pack!

Lets start out and congratulate Daniel Jones for his 2-0 start!!! The quick summary was great weather, great food, great people and a great result for the GMEN. The games are always better after a great time at the tailgate with our friends and we had a nice crowd of people by 9am! The group also got a nice addition for the tailgate - our very own tailgate flag - we are officially branded and locked into our spot!

What we served yesterday.........
Breakfast - back to back games for the Breakfast Soft Taco special. We ran out so fast the prior weekend we wanted to share the spread again. Eggs and all of the mixings to kick off the day! The addition of the Pork roll was a hit and why not since it is a NJ favorite.

Our cocktail expert brought Blood Orange Margaritas, Jalapeño infused Tequila Margaritas with jicama salt and chili lime salt. They were a super hit with everyone!

For the main course Chef Bill made his fresh homemade raviolis and of course he added a nice brown butter sauce at the tailgate. To accompany the raviolis we prepared Thai Chili scallops - seared and prepped at the game. Several additional items included steak tidbits prepped by our guest chef Mr Chris and we had some awesome chicken and hamburger sliders. It was a nice touch......

The special cocktails helped everyone to stay hydrated and happy. Unbelievable time and I thank everyone for stopping by and extra thanks to everyone for helping to setup, cook, serve and cleanup!
