Set your “Countdown” timer for 30 minutes. You will complete as many reps as you can in 30 minutes.
100 Lunges (50/50)
75 Squat Jumps
50 Lateral Lunges (25/25)
25 Glute Bridges
You HAVE to complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next.

This Monday Let’s build your MUSCLES!, Yep! bodyweight exercises can build muscle mass, as long as continuously challenge your muscles by:
1. Increasing reps.
2.Decreasing your rest periods.
3. Performing more difficult variations.
4. Increasing your time under tension (by going slower).

Healthy diet means eating a wide variety of foods from each of the 5 major food groups, in the amounts recommended.
The 5 food groups are:
vegetables
fruit
lean meats and poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts and seeds, legumes or beans
grain (cereal) foods, mostly wholegrain or high cereal fibre varieties
milk, yoghurt, cheese or alternatives, mostly reduced fat.

How to Start Working out at Home
1. Set up your space at home - have a basic kit to get that motivation going. Why not start with buying your own Yoga Mat Right?
2. Pick Your Workout - Tell your instructor what are your goals and focused on getting that goal.
3. Invest in your fitness gear - Once you know your program, why not invest in a better gear to use during your workout. It will help you move comfortably.
4. Stay Motivated - No Matter what you do, you just have to keep on going!
