Win 3 months of free online customized personal training! We're launching online training services but we want to give away one free 3-month membership! All you have to do is repost this pic using and follow .fitness so we can pick a winner. Winner will be drawn on January 5th. Membership includes movement assessment, tailored training program, nutrition counseling, unlimited email support, weekly check-ins, free resistance band, a mini-band, ICS fitness water bottle, and a stretching strap. Requirements: live in the US, have enough space to train at home or belong to a gym, commit to training at least 3 sessions per week, provide mailing address to send equipment, send a couple before pictures (now) and after pictures (at the end of 3 months), and provide as much feedback about the program as possible.
This year, instead of setting a bunch of new year's resolutions, set up S.M.A.R.T. Goals!
i.e. exercise twice per week. i.e. set it in your calendar, regard it as important as a doctor's appointment.
i.e. Is it feasible for anybody to exercise twice per week? Yes!
i.e. Can you respect this schedule no matter what? If you're sick, if you're traveling... find a schedule that will work for you no matter the circumstances.
i.e. Set a timeline for when to start, and when to take it to the next level. Maybe after 6 weeks of maintaining a consistent exercise routine of two sessions per week you can now add a third workout!
