Join me in an awesome trail run / circuit workout as the sun sets through beautiful Stanley Park -Monday @ 7pm. Meet at 2nd Beach Pool. Drink plenty of water and bring running shoes. I recommend workout gloves for those who don’t like their hands getting dirty 🙂 See you there!
