Huckleberry is the yoga teacher as the fur embodiment of the yoga. He prefers outside things, pausing for a kick of the breeze and greeting every guest with a shin scrape of please. He has learned to attend winter sessions prepared - blanket near by and overgrown hair. Paws balanced down on the rough honed deck - he flints from resting to play with just one big stretch.

Teetering on the edge of one season. Hanging back on the window frame, looking out to the next.
Join us for the quiet period at W**d Beach. The leaves are changing, the water is unattended, and the sand toys are shelved for the season. This is both a time of reflection and a time of opportunity.
Beach yoga invites a weekly intention to practice waking to nature, learning about the seasons of circular movement and uncovering the vibrations in hollow stillness, all rich with technicolor gold.
This session’s Saturday AM Beach Yoga pushes back to 830a to ensure morning light. Bring layers and socks. Each Saturday is an experience you want to shore up to enjoy!
