Alright everyone!! The day is tomorrow! For those of you local, we’ll meet at the sourdough/Bozeman creek trailhead. Would love for any of you to join. Bring along friends. Last minute guests are welcome and big disclaimer—this is not about killing ourselves or whos fastest. It’s a chance to get outside and enjoy good company.

something that has come up in my last 2 training sessions with newer clients is the concept of "tripod foot." It's super important to be able to utilize the muscles in your feet as a means of power, stability, etc. Things to consider--can you separate your toes? can you "grip the ground" with big toe, pinky toe, and heel?
If you film yourself squatting, watch what happens to the arches of your feet. If you see a type of roll inwards, work can be done to correct and strengthen those feet!
semi-related--how effective are you on one leg? can you balance? can you squat?
