Hello, June ( one day late)
This year is flying by and finally we have some sun! For me, this June is full of milestones, lasts, celebrations, and busy days.

Whatever you have going on this month, you don't need to be doing anything extreme. Just simply focus on the basics:

Real food
More water
Daily movement
Better sleep

A little more consistency beats perfection. And small steps count, especially when life is really busy.

Brain fog is real, but we do have control.

Spent today at a presentation on menopause + brain health and learned more about the connection between menopause hormones, and changes in memory, focus, and overall cognitive function during midlife.

Always grateful for opportunities to keep learning and stay up to date on topics impacting so many women.

Happy Mother's Day! I was so happy to celebrate with BOTH of my boys and my mom. 💕At this stage of my life, time feels especially precious with my boys and my mom, and I don’t take moments like these for granted. Hope everyone had a meaningful Mother’s Day in whatever way you celebrated. 💙
