Our mission is to assist children toward a more centered and relaxed mind. Awareness of breath can lead to a strong, healthy, and flexible body and can lead to positive choices in daily life.

It’s amazing how life can surprise you and show you a whole new way of seeing things, even when you thought it was a done deal. As the Red Hot Chili Peppers said, “Take me to the place I love, take me all the way.” Cheers to getting older and embracing new ways of doing things while still staying true to our core. Life is full of surprises!

I am teaching Hip Hop Yoga for kids this Friday from 1-2pm at a very special location on 6th street between B and C in lower Manhattan.
