I inherited long biceps 💪🏽
What did you inherit?
The main difference between short and long biceps lies in the length of the muscle belly (the meaty part) compared to the tendons. Short biceps have a shorter muscle belly and longer tendons, often resulting in a more pronounced peak when flexed, while long biceps have a longer muscle belly and shorter tendons, leading to a fuller, more even look. Genetics primarily determine bicep length, and while neither is inherently "better," both have different aesthetic and performance characteristics.
