How do I feel as a woman teaching Socacize?

I feel empowered. Socacize allows me to be free. Somedays as a busy Mom my only ME time is when I'm teaching a class. And honestly it's the best time of day. I love that my job gives me the opportunity to help other women feel sexy, sultry and strong and to be comfortable in their own skin. Seeing the revelers and their commitment to their own health and leading a better lifestyle gives me an indescribable feeling. We feed off of each others energy, encourage and lift one another up- issa vibe! This is my therapy and for some revelers, it's theirs too. 1 hour where we can unleash and be the best version of ourselves in a judgement free zone all while staying fit and having fun. We have created a community and Socacize has become a part of who we are as women.
