Bumble+Flow is a Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Fitness company. We work in in client's homes, in our home studio located in the Clinton Hill/BedStuy neighborhood of Brooklyn, and thru live video classes.

I want to take a moment to talk about what this program is and how it differs from what you may be used to. I'm launching November-December but that is not because we are going to spend time talking about holiday eating. It's launching during this time because my birthday is in December and I want to walk into my 40s with you, feeling strong. sexy. serene. In this program we will be learning to celebrate our bodies and our minds by nurturing them with movement, meditation, and care tools. There will be no talk of loss, losing, or weight. I am not a weight-loss coach, nutritionist or dietitian if you are interested in learning more in these areas I will help you and connect you with some awesome people but the program itself will not be focused in this way. I will pass along to you recipes I love (because they are delicious and in line with the Ayurvedic approach to food as wellness), protein ideas for a plant based experience to boost your body's energy systems, and the tools I've used to make sure I'm fueling my body in a balanced way. We are here to celebrate. We are here to have fun, be playful, and feel in our body/mind strong. sexy. serene.

Price: $299 + tax, $50 off when you join with a buddy! (that's less than 42 a week for 3 live classes weekly, workbook, daily affirmations, accountability and motivation (from me!), my ear when you need it, plant based recipes, meditation and visualization offerings, and daily affirmations. Most programs of this type cost $600-1K)

We had to say goodbye to this beautiful home last week. I’m thankful I had the opportunity to be in the last class. When bedstuy closed I wept. Now that all studios have closed there is a hole. The people of Sacred have been the greatest gift. When I moved to bedstuy in 2013 I was adrift, Sacred anchored me. It made space for me to fall apart when both of my grandparents died. It got me through starting my own business. It held me when Buzzy was aging and John was living in another state. It taught me how to honor all bodies, all people, and step aside to give someone else the mic. I grew as a teacher, a student, a human. I will forever love this community. I’ll deeply miss Tuesday morning hugs with and all the other beautiful teachers that showed me ways to see that I would not have found alone. Thank you ! I will sit in excited anticipation of where your energy lands next but for now…. Gratitude.

Let’s admit it, this year has been a beast and we are only half way through. I have had days that I do not have energy to deal with it all and I give myself the space to feel these moments. Then the next day I get my butt moving. Movement is medicine. I was lucky to spend a day at the lake this week but today it’ll be jumping jacks in the living room and an afternoon nap. Caring for ourselves isn’t a one way street. I wish you peace, I send you joy, and I hope you can get your butt moving this week!
