Lunch before music class! I had been eating the cauli walnut taco meat that I made yesterday from all morning and divided the rest for our lunch and dinner. Modifications for baby:
I made the recipe with less chili powder and chipotle. I mixed Eās portion with the yogurt to neutralize the heat.
Since nuts are a choking hazard I made sure Eās pieces were all ground/very fine.
I rolled the spinach cup and cut into thin strips (chiffonade).
She ate way more of the meat than I expected (swipe) but I found a bunch of food in her bib pockets lol. I added two more pieces of avocado. The spice did not seem to bother her and she even had some mild salsa! š„šš»
