Take 5 minutes to think about the amazing tool that pain is. It draws you into the things that need to be addressed. And it keeps you safe. But so often we let this tool run rampant. It rules our lives. Remind yourself that pain, fear, excitement, thought, your body, and so much more are tools for you to use when you see fit. Take back control. Take back consciousness.

FIX YOUR PUSHUPS!
Here are the 5 points for a perfect push-up:
1. Shoulder blades move from protraction to retraction.
2. Squeeze your core.
3. Squeeze your glutes.
4. Wrists start inline with shoulders (optional at times).
5. Propel yourself forward!

I hear it everyday. The proverbial someone wakes up everyday checks Instagram, makes some coffee, watches the news, and then heads off to work.
Does that sound conducive to a good day to you? Me neither.
Take some time in the morning (yes, this requires discipline) to read for 10 minutes. Something good. Something time tested. Something to clean out all the BS in your head and replace it with concepts that will help you to be more creative, more attractive, and more free!
