Today is Win Wednesday, and I would like to shout out my client Vera!
She is learning how to kettlebell swing; but first we started out with the pendulum swing and a 24 lbs kettlebell.
In the video 👇🏾we have progressed Vera's swing from 24 lbs to 40 lbs!
After her set was completed, she asked me how did she do that. I explained there are many ways to strengthen the back without isolating each muscle group.
Her response: You are good! That was 40lbs!

Im back! I've been away for rest, and reorganization!!! I have things I need to do and I need to be focused.
I recently learned what I cannot do in order to stay on point with MY GOALS!

AI is the new influencer!
Why? I hear for $10 bucks a month you can hire an AI personal trainer.
Wow! I was curious about this medical prescription so I decided to do the research.
You enter your fitness goals, tell the system what injuries you have and voila, you have a program!
Now I wondered a few things...
First where is the fitness assessment? I guess for AI the assessment is the questions it asks regarding fitness history.
The purpose of the fitness assessment is to learn about the potential clients fitness history but also to find out the emotional reasons behind starting a fitness journey.
For example, why you stopped. I create programs around that reason alone.
AI will create a program without knowing your movement patterns to determine whether you can perform the exercise properly.

I have been using the Liberty patch for a month prior to this second purchase I made. Im soooo focused it is not funny. My core strength has increased and the liberty patch is definitely helping to correct my improper movement patterns!

Yesterday, or last night I should say! I realize that I always have to put aside time for self care and rejuvenation.
I CAN SLEEP IN DRY HOT ASS HEAT!
Went there just for the sauna! Worth every bit of my $71 dollars a month.
