to a time (almost 6 years ago) when I went on Eat, Pray, Love spiritual journey by myself for a month to Bali! A time when I was lost, & didn’t know the new direction my life would take as a newly single mom.

Even though you see me smiling in this pic, I was scared sh *tless as to the uncertainty of my life. And although I was filled with anxiety, I knew something bigger was guiding me, & still continues to.

I have SO much gratitude for taking that leap & where it has led me today.

With everything that is going on in the world rn, my heart has been breaking 💔.I’ve been praying 🙏🏼& asking how can I serve?

And one answer I received was to focus on gratitude. And this message wasn’t only for me but for anyone who’s reading this right now.

I just learned yesterday that there’s scientific proof that we can’t be both anxious (in fear & worry)& also in gratitude at the same time!

With all this fear that is circulating in the news and on social media, let’s consciously shift that into gratitude and continue to be grateful for our life & the blessings in it.

For the water we drink, for our hearts that beat for us everyday & we don’t have to do a thing, for our freedom, for shelter and food etc. for the little things that we sometimes take for granted (and trust me I am guilty of that too),The things that other humans in other countries are suffering from rn.

Gratitude is truly the key to a happier life. Even having gratitude for the sh* tty things that have occurred in your life, will free your soul from any hurt, pain & resentment you’ve been carrying.

It’s sometimes those crappy times that have led us to our awakening & to discover who we truly are inside. It’s in those uncertain & scary times in our lives that the universe asks us “What does your soul want?” And then grants us those wishes.

And when we are in the vibration of gratitude we almost always attract 🧲more things to be grateful for in our lives!

Try writing down or meditating on all the things you are grateful for in your life & notice any shifts☺️

As I was raising Bella, I made the intention to have her believe in a beautiful world, a world where we love one another and where dreams come true…. I also raised her to the realization that this is also a world where ppl don’t always have the best intentions, and how there’s beautiful ppl and also equally sh* tty ppl in this world.

That is unfortunately the reality we live in!! As much as I’m pink and rainbows and butterflies, it pains me with the things that go on in this world!!!

I here it from my countless clients who have come to me with narcissistic ex-husbands who have taken everything and left them high and dry, to the evil that’s going on in the world!!!

As an empath, as most of you who are reading this are, it’s sometimes hard to live in a world with such selfish, disgusting human beings.

How can we be kind, in a world that is sometimes so cruel 🥺

One thing is, we take our f *cking power back ….. we stay in the vibration of love ( as hard as that is) instead of stooping to those who are selfish, greedy, hateful, angry etc.!!

We instead, come together ( not apart), help one another, and we make a difference, we lead with love, because as cheesy as it sounds LOVE ALWAYS WINS!!!

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.” -

Don’t allow ANYONE to steal your power, your light, the love within you.

Let’s collectively, not just today, but everyday, send out true light & love onto the world. You alone can make a difference in this world by remembering who you are, at a soul level…. You are LOVE!!!

Wow what a decade my 30’s have been!!! I went through some tough sh *t , lost myself, put myself back together and I still can’t believe I’m in the place I am today!!!

The universe sure does surprise us if we’re willing to let go of the past, meaning the past hurts, pains, grievances, and the ppl, places & things that aren’t in alignment with who we want to become!!

Even though I think I’m 25 in my head 😅, I can’t believe I’m actually 40 today!!!

I had a chance to celebrate with some incredible ppl this past weekend and I’m so grateful to for throwing me the most epic party everrrr!! Pics soon to follow!!!

Thank you to everyone who already wished me a happy birthday, I appreciated all the kind words and I am grateful you are all in my life!!!

I just dropped Bella off at HS orientation this morning and I didn’t think I would be so emotional but I had tears in my eyes after I dropped her off🥹

As I was driving back home, I was going back in time to when I was in HS and how hard of a time it was for me 🥺 and NOW I have a daughter in HS 🤯!! It blows my mind how fast time flies 💨

I remember when Bella was a baby and I was living in Queens and I heard my intuition say loud in my ear that “ Bella was going to Kellenberg HS and to start saving money now” ….

First of all I didn’t even know what that school was or how we would even afford a private school like that 😕

I let it go, and didn’t think much of it until years later when I got divorced and moved Bella to RVC. I mentioned it to her but never forced her to choose. She actually chose this school on her own ( of course a few friends going there helped as well) but it was all her choice.

What blows my mind is that it was already pre-destined that she would wind up at this particular HS. I saw the signs 14 years ago. I didn’t force it, I didn’t chase it, it happened on its own!!!

If we all just trusted our own individual paths for ourselves, our children, and the ppl we love and care about, the good and the bad, we can live life with a lil less stress knowing that we are ALWAYS guided & protected and loved by something higher up!!!

Imagine not chasing all the things we want or putting pressure on ourselves to force things to happen and instead lean into faith & trust of the universe…. Wouldn’t that be a sweeter life to live?!

Always look for the signs and trust them when you see them, because those are lil breadcrumbs ( I like to say) are leading you to where you need to be.

Surrender to the universe your desires and let your soul lead the way!!!

Let’s no longer force things to happen, let’s trust that it will flow to us at the most perfect divine time!! And you’ll look back and appreciate the journey and how it came to be. And that’s when you’ll realize you were always guided all along!!!

Anyways just wanted to express my love for this lil hardworking doggie 🥹🥹🥹

If I could go back in time and have a conversation with myself when sh *t hit the fan in my life 8 yrs ago when I was going through my divorce and I lost my home , ohhhhh 😳 there would be SO much to say!!!!

First of all I’d tell her that’s it’s ok to “Let Go”. That sometimes holding onto something that might feel comfortable will actually hinder your growth and can cause mental anguish.

I will tell her that when she is brave enough to “Let Go”, that the universe & her angels will reward her with even bigger surprises, things that go far beyond her wildest dreams!!

I will tell her that all the pain, grief, and endless nights of crying and despair will be replaced with laughter, courage, strength, wisdom, fulfillment, & happiness she’s never experienced before!!

I will tell her to stop worrying & listening to what friends, family & other ppl think about her. The shame & embarrassment of divorce and starting over can bring up feelings of failure. But I would remind her that the best was yet to come!!

I will tell that angels are real and that her intuition was the key to living an amazing life. That fears & worries only prevented what she wanted and that if she trusted in herself and inner voice then the possibilities were endless.

And on those days she wanted to give up and didn’t think she could make it , I would tell her to keep the hope and the faith and that the light would appear again brighter than ever!!!

Can change be scary, absolutely 💯but what if we changed the meaning around change?

What if every time we allowed ourselves to let go of something we automatically knew it just meant better things were coming?!

All I can say is I’ve seen it in my own life over and over again!!!

Yes, change can be scary but it can also be beautiful too!!!
