Cold kills. You can’t always have a fire burning at night. This keeps you warm for the colder hours, I would wake up to put it in a round 1.30am and it will keep you warm through the morning chills

The more experience I gain the more I question what do we actually need in life? …phones? friends? food?

The desert strips you of everything.

At night I sleep under the stars and stay warm with fires and hot rocks. In the day I climb mountains and stay cool with shade from the tree.

I walk naked and barefoot mostly. I don’t eat, I drink water with salt. My energy is good, I feel strong, active.

I read the Bible & the Quran for interest, not religion.

We consume because we can, not because we need.

I am returning to nature. This is real freedom. ⛰️🏜️💫

5 habits that changed my life.

1. Make a plan, put pen to paper, write down exactly what you’re going to do. This is accountability.

2. Yoga. Nothing is going to save your body and your mind like yoga, it will be part of everyone’s life soon. Best get ahead of the trend.

3. Social Media Detox. Get off this app. Get off all the apps. They are burning your life away. Take an hour break from your phone.

4. Journal. I wish I started this earlier, a way of tracking your growth, your thoughts your day.

5. Meditate. A famous quote is you are the sum of the 5 people you spend time with… you’re a sheep. Meditation is connection with yourself the path to self discovery.
