PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD = gradually increasing the challenge so your body keeps getting stronger.
When you exercise, your muscles get used to what you’re doing. To keep improving, you need to challenge them a little more each time.
Simple examples:
✔️Lifting heavier weight, 🏋️ going from 10 lbs - 12 lbs
✔️ Doing more reps, 10 reps to 11 reps
✔️ Exercising longer, walking 10 minutes to 12 minutes
