It’s true!! I’ll be on Saturday. Classes are currently full, but I can tell you from experience that ALOT can change after a wild Friday night...waitlisters might get in! Cross your fingers; let’s move.

We had a great time bowling with ! Team Allison 4eva!!!
We spent an hour or so yesterday in the “hot springs” of Pagosa Springs. The water makes you feel almost weightless. It was very apparent just how much changes your body. On the , my hips would slowly rise toward the water’s surface and my hips would crease. On , my body would come back to upright and my abs pulled in and my feet rested almost to the floor.

It’s good to BREAK from your . I do a lot of , and for exercise. Today, years later and with a very different body, I went back to . It wasn’t exactly like riding a bicycle, but I felt brave and at certain points, beautiful. Kathryn Sullivan is a great teacher that takes you back to Foundations and makes you feel good about it.
