Al knew it for years.

January 29th it came for him.
Five months later he’s in New York on a business trip — back to back meetings, full schedule and the only thing he’s thinking about is getting a session in.
Not because I told him to prioritize it.

Because somewhere in the last five months he stopped seeing his health as something he’d get to.
And started seeing it as the foundation everything else is built on. His business runs better.
His mind is clearer.
His body just ran a 7K with fuel still left in the tank.
And now he’s thinking about a marathon.

That’s what happens when you stop waiting for the right time and start building the right foundation.
The question was never if you had it in you.
It was always whether you’d give yourself the chance to find out.
