Full moon energy reminder 🌕✨

Tonight is your invitation to pause, breathe, and release what no longer needs to be carried.

You do not need to have it all figured out.
Just let yourself soften.

What are you ready to let go of tonight?

🤍 The final permission slip of this series.

Maybe this is the one you needed today.

I do not have to hold everything together.
I just have to be here.

Over the last few days, I’ve been sharing these permission slips as small moments to come back to yourself.

🌿 And this is our last one for now.

Take less than a minute with me.

✊ Gently curl your hands into soft fists.
Not tight. Just enough to feel yourself holding on.

Notice the tension in your hands.
Maybe in your forearms.
Maybe in your shoulders.

That grip?
That’s what holding everything together can feel like in the body.

🖐 Now slowly let your hands open.
Palms up.
Fingers uncurling at their own pace.

🌬Notice the softness that comes when you stop gripping.

🫁Take one slow breath in.
And let it go.

Holding → Releasing. And nothing fell apart.

🌿 Your body remembers how to let go.

I’m holding deeper live practices, nervous system support, and guided experiences inside PressPausa.

🤍 No pressure. Just an open invitation to pause, anchor, and choose.

I invite you to pause for a moment.
Stop scrolling…
You’re already probably thinking about tomorrow’s list.

This is your permission slip. 🎫

I am allowed to take up space without producing, performing, or proving.

Day 5 but you’re right on time.

Inside PressPausa, I’m sharing 7 days of permission slips + simple body-based practices.

You don’t have to catch up. You can start here.

It’s free to join. Link in bio.

What would you do if you had nothing to prove?

Day 3 of 7.

I dont’t need to earn the right to breathe. I can breathe right now. 💫

I didn’t wait until everything was done.
I took 3 breaths in the middle of my real life.

You just practiced with me.

Not perfectly. Not in silence. Not on a yoga mat.
Right here.

This is how we start teaching the body
that slowing down is safe even when life is happening.

Inside PressPausa, there are 7 of these “permission slips”
plus a journal, printable cards, and digital ones you can keep.

It’s free.

Link in bio.

What did you notice in your body after those 3 breaths?

03/23/2026

I give myself permission to pause. The world will not fall apart if I slow down.

Read that one more time. Slowly.

This is a permission slip. Not from anyone else. From you, to you.

A moment where you give yourself permission to do something your body already needs but your mind keeps putting off. To pause. To rest. To breathe without earning it first.

Most of us never got that permission. So we are giving it to ourselves.

Before you keep scrolling, see if you can feel your feet on the ground right now. Just notice them. The weight. The temperature. The surface underneath.

Now say it quietly. Out loud or inside. Whatever feels right.

I am allowed to pause.

Notice what shifts. Did your shoulders drop a little? Did your breath slow down? Did your chest soften? Maybe the opposite happened or nothing happened and that is okay too.

This is day 1 of a 7-day Permission Slip experience happening right now inside PressPausa, my free community for women who carry too much, even when they pause.

All 7 permission slips are there with a journal, printable cards, and digital cards you can download and keep forever.

Today is my birthday. 🎂 Yaaay! 🎉

And I am just grateful to be alive.
Grateful for the life I have lived. For my roots. For my family. For my husband who loves me in all my roles and phases. Who trusts me, walks beside me, and accepts me with all my strengths and weaknesses and yes, my loudness too. 😝

For the friends who are close and the ones who are far. For the new people crossing my path right now who already feel like they were meant to.

Aging is such a blessing. Yes, the wrinkles. Yes, everything that comes with it. But also the groundedness. The clarity. The knowing that comes from living, not just reading about it.

I get to watch my kids grow. And experience them in every phase. The tiny moments and the big moments that go so fast you want to hold them with both hands. 🤍

I get to support women through their own journey. I get to wake up and do work that I love. I would not change a thing.

Okay, maybe more exercise. 😂

But today I am here. Celebrating life. Feeling all of it. And that is more than enough.

Thank you for being here with me. 🫶

Today I’m celebrating women. All of us. 🙌🏽

The loud ones. The quiet ones. The ones who hold it all and the ones learning to let go. The ones figuring it out and the ones who stopped pretending they have it figured out.

I built PressPausa because I wanted a place where we could just be. Breathe. Feel seen.
No performance required.

So this is your invitation. Come breathe with us.

Comment PAUSE and I’ll send you the link, or find it in my bio.

Happy International Women’s Day 🤍

Not all wins are loud.

Sometimes they look like
pausing instead of pushing through
noticing you feel overwhelmed
taking one deeper breath
or saying no when you normally would say yes.

Those quiet moments matter.

They are signs your nervous system is learning a gentler rhythm.

My tiny win this week
I felt overwhelmed, but simply noticing it and saying no felt like a win and a big release too.

If you had any tiny win this week, even a small one, take a moment to acknowledge it.

Drop a 🌿 in the comments to honor it.

Pause. Anchor. Choose.

🌕 Full Worm Moon + Blood Moon Eclipse – March 3 🌕

Tonight, the moon glows red as it passes through Earth’s shadow — a rare moment to pause, reflect, and release.

Try this:
🧘‍♀️ Pause – notice your breath
🌱 Anchor – feel your body supported
🕊️ Choose – what’s ready to be released so you can move forward with more clarity?

💭 Question: What’s one thing you’re gently letting go of under this Full Moon?

🌿 “I am ready to let go of…”

You should read this out loud…
I AM ENOUGH.
