Maritime rugby cruised passed Vassar today with a final score of 49-26. A huge game from the reserves to take the large lead in the final 20 minutes of the game.

Today’s MAN OF THE MATCH: Senior Luke Lynn has displayed rugby excellence on the pitch all season, and today wasn’t an exception. Luke played in every game, scored his first career try, and had multiple defensive stops this weekend. Congrats to the man of the match Luke Lynn.

The team took on THE BEAST OF THE EAST, competing against Tufts University, Wesleyan University, Stony Brook University, and Bowdoin College, they concluded the day with a 3-1 record and won the mens competitive 7’s division, finishing the 7’s season on a high note.

This weekends Man of the Match goes to #3 Charley Hudson. Hudson scored 2 tries, had 1 assist, and multiple defensive try-saving tackles. Outstanding performance from the first year junior, that helped lead Maritime to a huge divisional win.
