Cultivating Depth Series: Pilates Mat Basics

This class will begin with learning key principles of the pilates method - breath work, control, concentration, precision and centering - along with a beginner level mat workout. Students will learn how to self assess and build a conditioning program appropriate for their fitness level and goals.
