I didn’t just wake up one day and become who I am.
This started way before the gym…
in Kentucky, in the woods, learning discipline, patience, and how to show up even when it wasn’t convenient.
Long before social media, before followers, before any of this.
Then came the leap.
Moving states. Starting over. Chasing something I couldn’t fully explain yet… I just knew I wanted more.
I pushed myself into bodybuilding.
I learned what it meant to commit, to sacrifice, to stay consistent when it stopped being exciting.
And I also learned what it feels like to lose yourself a little… physically, mentally… trying to figure it all out.
There were a lot of highs…
and a lot of moments where I had to rebuild myself from the ground up.
And somehow, through all of it…
I just kept showing up.
Sharing my journey online wasn’t part of the plan at first.
But over time, it turned into something bigger than me.
A community. A place where people could relate, feel understood, and grow together.
Now… over a million of you later…
