Baked Chocolate Glazed Doughnuts 🍩 Soft, fluffy and cakey with a rich chocolate glaze! a chocolate lover’s dream! The simplest thing to say about these doughnuts is that they are pretty freaking delicious! 😛

Ingredients:

112g butter 🧈
180g brown sugar 🍬
150g melted chocolate 🍫
2 eggs 🥚
175ml milk 🥛
125g flour 🌾
60g cocoa powder 🍫
1 tsp baking soda 🍞
Pinch of salt 🧂
Ganache:

150g chocolate 🍫
100ml heavy cream 🧴
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F).
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together butter 🧈 and brown sugar 🍬.
3️⃣ Add the melted chocolate 🍫 and eggs 🥚, and mix well.
4️⃣ Gradually add the milk 🥛, flour 🌾, cocoa powder 🍫, baking soda 🍞, and salt 🧂, mixing until smooth.
5️⃣ Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 50 minutes at 170°C (340°F).
6️⃣ While the cake bakes, prepare the ganache: melt the chocolate 🍫 with the heavy cream 🧴 and stir until smooth.
7️⃣ Once the cake has cooled, pour the ganache on top and spread it evenly.
8️⃣ Let it set before serving and enjoy! 🍰
