🇺🇸 Memorial Day Schedule 🇺🇸

This Monday, May 25, its Memorial Day. The academy will be open with a modified schedule:

• 9:15 to 9:45 AM — Youth (3 to 5)
• ⁠10 to 10:45 AM — Youth (6 to 8)
• ⁠11 to 11:45 AM — Youth (9 +)
• ⁠11 AM to 12 PM — Fundamentals
• ⁠12 to 2 PM — Adults Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)

Weekend classes run on the regular schedule. Regular weekly classes resume on Tuesday, May 26.

Helio Soneca will be teaching a FREE SEMINAR (members only) at the Renzo Gracie Upper West Side Academy on February 20 (Friday) at 12 pm. Make sure you show up with your Gi & belt.

NO REGULAR CLASSES AT 12 or 1 pm. Those classes have been canceled on Feb 20 due to the seminar.

Rodrigo Gracie will be teaching a FREE SEMINAR (members only) at the Renzo Gracie Upper West Side Academy on February 18 (Wednesday) at 6 pm. Make sure you show up with your Gi & belt.

NO REGULAR CLASSES AT 6, 7 or 8 pm. The evening classes are canceled on Feb 18 due to the seminar.
